Formstack Sign Review 2026: Pricing, Features & Honest Verdict
Formstack Sign review 2026: e-signatures now come in the $250 a month Suite ($3,000 a year), the limits in its help center, and what users say, good and bad.
Formstack Sign started life as InsureSign, an e-signature tool popular with insurance agencies, and Formstack bought it in July 2019. In June 2025 Formstack the company renamed itself Intellistack, but the product names stayed.
In October 2026, Formstack's pricing page sells no Sign-only plan. E-signatures come in the Suite, with Forms and Documents, at $250 a month paid annually: $3,000 a year.
My Formstack Sign review in one line: signing is easy and its reviewers rate it highly, but the price now buys a whole forms and documents suite, and the company's billing and support record is poor.

Formstack Sign review verdict: who it's for and who should skip it
Formstack Sign is worth paying for when signing is one step in a bigger workflow: a form collects the data, Formstack Documents builds the PDF, and Sign gets it signed. Insurance agencies are its home ground. It is poor value when you just need contracts signed, because the only plan with e-signatures and a published price costs $3,000 a year.
Best for: insurance agencies and other teams of up to 3 builder users who want forms, document generation and unlimited e-signatures in one bill; Salesforce shops and organizations that need SSO or API access, through Formstack's custom-priced plans.
Skip if: you only need signatures, you sign a few documents a month, you send documents larger than letter size, you want an MCP server for AI assistants, or you want to avoid the 30-day renewal notice that Trustpilot reviewers describe.
Here is how users rate Formstack Sign on review sites, checked October 2026.
| Platform | Rating | Number of reviews or ratings | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| G2 | 4.8 / 5 | 416 reviews | October 2026 |
| Capterra | 4.9 / 5 | 173 reviews (ease of use 4.9, customer service 4.9) | October 2026 |
| Software Advice | 4.9 / 5 | the same 173 reviews as Capterra; one 2-star and no 1-star | October 2026 |
| SoftwareReviews | 7.6 / 10 | 11 reviews | October 2026 |
| Trustpilot (Formstack, whole company) | 1.6 / 5 | 24 reviews, 88% of them 1-star | October 2026 |
| Apple App Store and Google Play | None | no Formstack Sign app found | October 2026 |
| Product Hunt | None | no Formstack Sign page | October 2026 |
Sources: G2, Capterra, Software Advice, SoftwareReviews and Trustpilot. The Trustpilot profile covers Formstack as a company, not Sign alone. G2's lowest-rated and most recent reviews were read in a browser on October 8, 2026; G2 shows 6 one-star reviews out of 416.
What users say about Formstack Sign, 2017 to 2026
The two kinds of score measure different things. Capterra and Software Advice reviewers are mostly insurance agency staff, and they rate the product. Trustpilot reviewers rate Formstack as a company, and most of them write about cancelling, renewals or support.
The rating split: the product vs the company
The Capterra and Software Advice reviews I could read are mostly from 2017 to 2023, the G2 reviews quoted are from 2021 to 2025, and most Trustpilot reviews are from 2023 to 2026, so read the date on each card.
The quotes are grouped by theme, with the complaints in full and a few positives, each copied as written and linked to where it was posted.
Pricing and billing: 30 days' notice, or another year
The loudest complaints are on Trustpilot and are about Formstack's contracts, not Sign alone: annual terms that renew unless you cancel 30 days ahead, and refunds refused for months nobody used. One of these reviewers names Sign directly.
“...because they have forded us to switch, we want to drop sign. They said we are on the hook for an entire additional year because we gave them 20 days notice instead of the required 30 days notice prior to the 12 month renewal.”
A 2-star review from a customer of close to a decade.
“Notably they require you to cancel any auto renewal 30 days before the service expiration, and canceling is not intuitive at all.”
About Formstack as a company.
“...they then tell me I failed to cancel before the 30 day cancellation period so my contract auto renews and now I'm locked in for 12 months of paying $500 a month for a tool we don't use and is stuck in 2017.”
About Formstack as a company, after more than 4 years as a customer.
“When I eventually did, and explained it had not been used, they wouldn't cancel the invoices for during the unused period - when they could see it was inactive.”
About cancelling Formstack after months without using it.
“I was billed for a renewal I did not authorize and attempted to contact them the day I was charged. They make it literally impossible to cancel, there is no cancel button or any other obvious way to do so.”
About Formstack as a company.
“The contract auto-renewed, we tried to cancel, but unable to reach their customer service. They refuse to refund the renewal even though we have not used the software for 6+ months.”
About Formstack as a company.
“...Next to impossible to cancel...HUGE waste of time, there's no cancel button. I've been trying to cancel for 2 months... and in the meantime they have been billing me for those two months.”
A customer of more than 5 years, about Formstack's forms.
“Pricing can be improved; however, this is a polished product.”
A 4-star review written during a free trial.
“More affordable integration with our agency management software would be nice.”
“The price was my favorite part of this product.”
“Its pricing plan is well suited to small businesses.”
Capterra marks this as an incentivized review.
The positive price comments are from 2023; today's pricing page shows a price for Sign only inside the $3,000 a year Suite. Trustpilot's profile says Formstack "Hasn't replied to negative reviews" (checked October 8, 2026).
Support: hard to reach, say many reviewers
Support is the second complaint. On G2, the lowest-rated Sign reviews from 2022 to 2024 are about support, two of them over API sign-in problems. On Trustpilot it is about the company. Capterra's Sign reviewers rate customer service 4.9, and two older insurance reviews praise the people they dealt with.
“The downside of using Form Stack Sign is the support you will receive from Form Stack. We had an outage on Form Stack due to a change they made and were unable to get in contact with their support to resolve the outage, this was a major distruption to our operations...”
A 0-star review from a team that compares it with FormAssembly. G2 marks it as incentivized.
“There is no support for this product, we've submitted a problem involving authentication using the API to the support multiple times. When we actually could get the support team to respond after multiple attempts, they pushed us off to "Professional Services" who wanted to charge us $400/hr for what amounts to an issue with logging into the API.”
A 0-star review titled "Zero Product Support".
“I was able to get a call with someone on the sales team, his initial response was "wow, I'm surprised you're still a customer" Were we not already pretty tied to the Formstack Forms product, I assure you that we would not be. He informed me that as a new company, they have yet to build out a support staff...”
The same reviewer.
“Lack of support. We have had a few issues with Formstack and their support is extremely dismissive, lacks urgency, and is unprofessional...”
A 0-star review. G2 marks it as incentivized.
“Support is absolutely useless.”
The same reviewer who wanted to drop Sign.
“As many others have noted here, support is non-existent. Take this seriously before considering the product because, if you have a problem, you're on your own.”
“There is NO phone or email support for Formstack. I'm stuck in a loop where I can't sign in to give updated CC payment info, and can't get any support without signing in.”
“This company has rapidly declined over the past 12 months. No transparency, no customer service and does not listen to its customers...”
A customer of 10 years, about Formstack as a company.
“We have been unable to replicate our previous solution and thus far, support have been unable to help.”
“Good product but terrible support. Hasn't replied to my support requests in weeks. Sent multiple with no response.”
“...If we've ever experienced an issue, I just fire an e-mail off to one of my contacts at InsureSign and they get back with me quickly with a resolution to my issue.”
Written in July 2019, when the product was still called InsureSign.
“...there are enhancements we suggest to the development team here and there and they listen to our requests and either make them happen or let us know why something might not work how we want it to.”
Formstack's pricing page offers a 24/7 AI assistant and a live agent Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET, and lists a dedicated Customer Success Manager only for Salesforce and Enterprise.
Its help center article on support channels gives live agent chat as 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, and billing questions go to an email address (both checked October 8, 2026).
Ease of use: easy for most senders, with a few snags
Most Sign reviews I read call it easy to use, as do a March 2026 review on Capterra and two late-2025 reviews on G2. The complaints are about editing a document once sent, a few smaller snags, and one G2 reviewer from insurance who calls it clunky with Salesforce.
“Incredibly clunky - poor integrations with salesforce. Not a tool I would ever implement at a company. Not admin friendly...”
A 1-star review.
“It's a pain to have to cancel the document and then go out and edit the document and then start over again if I forgot to put something on a form.”
A 4-star review titled "Easy to use unless you make a mistake". G2 marks it as incentivized.
“Sometimes the drag and drop option is a bit wacky. Not often enough to complain about it, and it's not permanent, it usually corrects itself when you let go and drag it again.”
“If there are 2 documents in the box when you open it up - i cant figure out how to only send one of those documents.”
“The proof of transactions were hard to understand/find in the system”
“I wished once you received the documents back that they would not show up in the home screen”
“The system was not user-friendly, at all. Nothing was intuitive about it.”
About Formstack as a company, from a home care business.
“It's operating system is super easy for us to use, and it makes e-signing easy for our customers too.”
“it is similar to docusign. It is a go to when onboarding new clients across the country...”
“We use Formstack Sign. Fairly easy to setup and get going compared to some others I’ve implemented.”
“Formstack makes it very simple to gather signatures very quickly. What used to take weeks now takes hours.”
“I love that Formstack Sign feels intuitive to use, making the process straightforward and user-friendly.”
A 4-star review. G2 marks it as incentivized.
Signer experience: easy for clients, awkward for couples
Reviewers say their clients find signing easy, including one client over 80. The repeated complaint is about two signers: spouses who share an email address, and documents that go to one signer at a time.
“Would like to be able to have spouses sign separately but with same email address-In my line of business we usually have to have both sign individually but they use the same email address and it wont let it go through like that-only complaint...and its a minor issue”
“I don't like that we can't add more than one person to the same document to send at one time. We have to go in twice and send two different ways if two people need to sign.”
“So easy in fact, I was able to have one of my 80+ year old clients use the electronic signature through your email system and he had no issues whatsoever!”
“For what we do, and need it for, InsureSign is the best e-signature program we have ever used. Easy for clients to understand and use.”
A reviewer who switched from DocuSign.
“Easy to use for me and my Clients; no need to fax and scan and double check if docs have been received; Clients can sign on the road from their cell phones”
“Favorite part is being able to copy the link to text. A little bit of a pain that have to go in and get it in the "remind" stage. Would like to be able to put in a phone number from the initial send screen to have a link texted along with the email.”
What the same 4-star reviewer liked, and what they would change.
Features, reliability, the API and MCP
The sharpest product complaint dates from after Formstack bought InsureSign: the print-to-Formstack printer option was removed, and reviewers on Capterra and G2 say the site was often down. Two G2 reviewers from 2022 describe API sign-in problems that support did not fix, one of them for 3 months.
“We have been following up for the past 3 months to fix the authentication issue while using Form Stack Sign API. But still, they are not helping us to fix that...”
A 0.5-star review titled "Having very Worst Experience with Formstack Sign Support".
“There have been many times when the website has been "down." The most significant change and the reason we want to switch software is the printer function has been removed. You no longer can print to Formstack. You have to save and then upload it or drag and drop, which wastes time and is not convenient...”
A 0.5-star review. G2 shows two dates on it, March 21, 2018 and November 30, 2021; the card uses the later one because the text names Formstack. G2 marks it as incentivized.
“Sometimes the customization options in Formstack Sign are limited, especially when it comes to features I would like to have, such as enabling custom branding or advanced layout options...”
From a 4-star review. G2 marks it as incentivized.
“It USED to be so simple, quick, easy, and reliable. Now we are lucky if the site is not down, and the printer function has been removed so we have to do multiple different steps that waste time.”
A 2-star review titled "The new changes are horrible".
“Ever since Formstack bought the prior company it went downhill. It is "down" a lot of the time.”
The same reviewer.
“When choosing to print directly to Formstack I can no longer log directly in to the site.”
“If you're looking for API integration, none of the players are going to have anything in your price range and still meet all of your criteria as that bumps you into the Enterprise package.”
Recommending Formstack Sign, with this caveat.
“I enjoy that it connects to our scanner, this makes my purposes for using the product useful”
“Insure sign works with our client management system QQ catalyst and auto delivers signed docs to the clients file”
I found no user review of an MCP server for Formstack Sign, because Formstack has no official one (only third-party connectors for its forms).
The API and the missing MCP server are covered from Formstack's own pages below. I found no Formstack Sign posts by users on X or LinkedIn that I could quote, and Hacker News has no Formstack Sign discussion.
What Formstack Sign is and its key features
Formstack Sign is a web e-signature tool. You upload a document, place signature, initial and date fields, and send it to signers by email or text message. Formstack's Sign page lists reusable templates, "automated reminders delivered via text and email", an audit trail for each signed document and an open API.
Formstack sells it as part of a workflow: Formstack Forms collects data, Formstack Documents merges it into a PDF, and Sign collects the signatures. The help center suggests a Forms to Documents to Sign workflow for jobs Sign can't do alone, and many reviewers connect Sign to insurance agency software.
What Formstack Sign does well
The strengths are real, and most of them show up in the insurance reviews.
- Easy for signers. Reviewers from 2017 to 2026 describe clients, including one over 80, signing without trouble, and one says clients sign from their phones.
- Unlimited e-signatures on Suite. The Suite plan card says "Unlimited eSignatures", so there is no per-envelope meter; Formstack's site menu describes Sign as "eSignatures, no per-envelope fees".
- Text and email. Documents can go out by SMS or email, and reminders go by text and email.
- One vendor for forms, documents and signing. Suite bundles 100 forms, 250 document deliveries a month and Sign for 3 builder users.
- Popular in insurance. Reviewers connect it to agency management systems, and two Capterra reviewers switched to it from DocuSign.
Formstack Sign pricing in 2026 (checked October 2026)
Formstack's pricing page lists four plans. Only the last three include e-signatures. Here is what it showed on October 8, 2026, before tax:
| Plan | Price | What you get | E-signatures |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forms | $83 a month paid annually ($99 struck through) | 1 builder user, 25 forms, 1,000 submissions per form, 2GB storage | No |
| Suite | $250 a month paid annually ($299 struck through) | 3 builder users, 100 forms, 5,000 submissions per form, 10GB storage, 250 document deliveries a month | Unlimited |
| Salesforce Solutions | Custom pricing | Salesforce-native forms, dedicated Customer Success Manager | Yes |
| Enterprise Solutions | Custom pricing | Unlimited users and submissions, SSO, API access, dedicated Customer Success Manager | Yes |
A few rules from the same page and its FAQ:
- Annual is the headline. Both prices say "paid annually", and the banner says "Save 2 months with annual plans". A Monthly toggle exists, but no monthly price appears in the page text, so I don't quote one.
- No free plan. The FAQ describes a "14-day free trial of our core Forms product", with no card, and no Sign trial. The Suite card has a Try It Free button, but the page gives no terms for it.
- Add-ons have no published prices. HIPAA is "+ Add On" on Forms and Suite and included on Salesforce and Enterprise. Extra users, features, submissions and merges can be added "as needed", with no prices shown.
- No standalone Sign plan. Nothing on the pricing page sells Sign without Forms and Documents.
What G2 shows instead. G2's Formstack Sign page lists Starter at $20 per user a month, Pro at $32 per user a month and API / Enterprise as "Contact Us", with a note that this pricing information "was last updated on October 09, 2024" (checked October 8, 2026). Formstack's own pricing page does not offer these plans, so ask Formstack's sales team before you count on them.

The limits in Formstack's own help center
Formstack's help center article on account limits for Sign lists a few hard limits that the product pages don't mention (checked October 8, 2026):
- Letter size only. "Currently Formstack Sign supports 8.5" x 11" only". Legal-size or A4 documents are not supported.
- Dates in UTC only. Asked whether you can change the date output, the article answers "Not at this time", so signing dates are shown in UTC.
- No standalone bulk send. "Not as a standalone product, but in conjunction with Formstack Documents".
- Features depend on the plan. SMS signing, reusable forms, API and single sign-on come with some plans and not others.
- User caps. Once you hit your plan's user limit you can't add users; some plans can buy extra users through sales.
- Radio buttons and checkboxes are overlays. They can only mark options already printed on your document.
The Suite limits article adds that the 250 document deliveries are "account-wide and not on a per-document basis", and that submissions past a form's limit are "emailed to you instead of being stored" (updated April 23, 2026).
What a year of Formstack Sign costs at 5, 10 and 25 documents a month
For one sender, a year of Formstack Sign costs $3,000 at 5, 10 or 25 documents a month, because the only plan on the pricing page with e-signatures and a published price is Suite at $250 a month paid annually. Volume doesn't change it: Suite has "Unlimited eSignatures". Prices checked October 8, 2026, before tax.
| Volume, one sender | Formstack plan that covers it | 1 year | 3 years | Per document |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 a month (60 a year) | Suite, paid annually | $3,000 | $9,000 | $50.00 |
| 10 a month (120 a year) | Suite, paid annually | $3,000 | $9,000 | $25.00 |
| 25 a month (300 a year) | Suite, paid annually | $3,000 | $9,000 | $10.00 |
If Formstack sold you the Starter plan G2 lists at $20 per user a month, one user would pay $240 a year. That plan is not on Formstack's own pricing page, so the table uses Suite.
Which Formstack plan fits you
Match the plan to what you need besides signing, because that is what Formstack prices.
| You are | Plan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A team that needs forms only, with no signatures | Forms, $83 a month annually | E-signatures are not included |
| Up to 3 builders who want forms, documents and signing together | Suite, $250 a month annually | The only plan with e-signatures and a published price |
| A Salesforce shop | Salesforce Solutions, custom | Salesforce-native forms and a Customer Success Manager |
| An organization that needs SSO, API access or many users | Enterprise Solutions, custom | Those are listed on Enterprise |
| One person who only needs a few documents signed a month | Probably not Formstack | You would pay $3,000 a year for a suite; see the last section |
Prices checked October 8, 2026 on Formstack's pricing page.

Does Formstack Sign have an API or an MCP server?
The API. Yes. Formstack's help center has a Formstack Sign API overview (updated April 23, 2026) covering authorization-code sign-in with a client ID and secret, sending documents with text tags such as [sig|req|signer1], signing links and event subscriptions for "Document View, Document Signed, Document Finalized". It also says: "If you don't see the API Access, you will need API Access enabled on your Formstack Sign account."
The pricing page lists "API Access and custom integrations" under Enterprise Solutions, which are custom-priced.
The MCP server. No. I found no official MCP server from Formstack or Intellistack for Sign or any other product (checked October 8, 2026). The only Formstack MCP project I found on GitHub is a community one for Formstack Documents and Salesforce, not Sign.
Is Formstack Sign secure and compliant?
Intellistack's trust center shows badges for SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, CCPA, TX-RAMP and the EU-US, Swiss-US and UK-US Data Privacy Frameworks, and lists an ISO 27001 engagement summary letter (checked October 8, 2026).
These are company-level badges. The trust center lists Formstack Sign as a product but maps no certification to it, and its PCI documents name Formstack Forms, Formsite and Forms for Salesforce. On the pricing page, HIPAA is a paid add-on on Suite. Ask Formstack for the paperwork that covers Sign before you rely on it.
How I reviewed Formstack Sign
This review is based on Formstack Sign's public pages, pricing and user reviews. I read Formstack Sign's own pages and what its users wrote from 2017 to 2026, and checked everything again on October 8, 2026:
- Vendor pages: the pricing page with its comparison table and FAQ, the Sign product page, and help center articles on Sign account limits, Suite account limits, the Sign API and support channels; Intellistack's trust center and its June 25, 2025 rebrand press release; Formstack's July 10, 2019 press release on buying InsureSign.
- Review platforms: Capterra and Software Advice (the same 173 reviews), SoftwareReviews, and every Trustpilot review of Formstack. G2's lowest-rated and most recent reviews, read in a browser on October 8, 2026.
- Not found: no Formstack Sign app on the App Store or Google Play, no Product Hunt page, no Hacker News discussion, and no quotable user posts on X or LinkedIn.
- Forums: Reddit threads in r/Office365 and r/salesforce that mention Formstack Sign.
Who should skip Formstack Sign, and what to use instead
Keep Formstack if:
- you want forms feeding generated documents into signatures, in one product, for up to 3 builders
- you are an insurance agency whose agency management software connects to Sign
- you need Salesforce-native forms, SSO, or a vendor with company-level SOC 2 Type II and a HIPAA add-on; if you just need your business documents signed without paying extra for that, use SignWith
Skip Formstack Sign if you are one or two people who want a simple way to get a document signed, a few times a month and unevenly, without paying for a suite or a year upfront. That is who we built SignWith for.
SignWith has no seats and no subscription. You buy credits, and a credit is used only when a document is signed. Every signed document uses one of your free monthly documents or a credit, including one that only you sign, and a declined, voided or expired document uses none.
- Upload a PDF, JPEG or PNG, add signature, date, text and checkbox fields, and set the signing order.
- Your recipients sign in the browser on any device, with no account.
- Every completed document comes with a Certificate of Completion that records timestamps, IP addresses, device and browser details and email events, sealed with a SHA-256 hash.
10 signed documents a month for a year, one sender
- SignWith, cheapest packs84 paid documents: 1 x Basic + 1 x Pro + 1 x Business$57
- SignWith Lifetime Dealone-time, unlimited credits$149
- Formstack Sign Suite, paid annually$3,000 per year$3,000
Here is the same year at all three volumes. Formstack prices checked October 8, 2026; SignWith prices render from our pricing data, and the free monthly documents continue after you buy packs.
| Volume | Formstack Suite, 1 year | SignWith, 1 year |
|---|---|---|
| 5 a month | $3,000 | 3 free a month cover 36 documents; one Pro pack covers the other 24 for $19 |
| 10 a month | $3,000 | 84 paid documents: one Business, one Pro and one Basic pack, $29 plus $19 plus $9 |
| 25 a month | $3,000 | 264 paid documents: the Lifetime Deal at $149 one-time, cheaper than buying packs |
At today's prices that saves $2,981 (99%) at 5 a month, $2,943 (98%) at 10 and $2,851 (95%) at 25, in the first year. Over 3 years Suite comes to $9,000 at any volume, against the Lifetime Deal at $149 one-time, once.
Formstack Sign has no official MCP server, and its API has to be enabled on your account, with API access listed under the custom-priced Enterprise plan. SignWith takes a different route:
- An API and an MCP server on every account. SignWith has a REST API and an MCP server for AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code, so your own code or your assistant can send documents for signature.
- The same credits as the app. No subscription, no developer plan, 3 free documents a month, then you buy credits, and a credit is used only when a document is signed.
- The same fit. The API doesn't change who SignWith suits: a team that needs forms, document generation or Salesforce-native workflows should still pick Formstack.
SignWith has no forms builder or document generation, and SignWith templates, bulk send, reminders, team accounts and integrations are coming soon, so if you need any of those today, Formstack is the better buy. SignWith is used by 1,000+ businesses, and you can start free with no card.
No subscription. You buy credits, and a credit is used only when a document is signed. One credit covers one signed document, however many people sign it.
- Unlimited credits
- Never expires
- One-time payment

If you're still comparing, the Jotform Sign review covers another form builder with signing built in, the PandaDoc review covers documents plus signatures, and the DocuSign review covers the biggest name in the market.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Formstack Sign cost?
- On Formstack's pricing page, the only plan with e-signatures and a published price is Suite, $250 a month paid annually, which is $3,000 a year, with 3 builder users and unlimited e-signatures. Salesforce Solutions and Enterprise Solutions also include Sign, at custom prices. No monthly Suite price is shown. G2 lists Starter at $20 and Pro at $32 per user a month, last updated there in October 2024, but the pricing page does not sell them (checked October 8, 2026).
Can I buy Formstack Sign on its own?
- Not from Formstack's pricing page. The Forms plan excludes e-signatures, and Sign is included in Suite, Salesforce Solutions and Enterprise Solutions. If you only want Sign, ask Formstack's sales team (checked October 8, 2026).
Does Formstack Sign have a free plan or free trial?
- There is no free plan. Formstack's pricing FAQ offers a 14-day free trial of its core Forms product with no credit card, and does not describe a Sign trial (checked October 8, 2026).
Is Formstack Sign the same as InsureSign?
- Yes. Formstack bought InsureSign in 2019 and renamed it Formstack Sign. Many reviews still use the InsureSign name, and Software Advice still lists it under an InsureSign address. Formstack itself renamed the company Intellistack in June 2025 and kept the product names.
Does Formstack Sign have an API or an MCP server?
- It has a REST API, but the help center says API access has to be enabled on your account, and the pricing page lists API access under Enterprise. I found no official MCP server for AI assistants from Formstack or Intellistack (checked October 8, 2026).
Does Formstack Sign support HIPAA?
- Intellistack's trust center shows HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II badges for the company, not for Sign specifically, and HIPAA is a paid add-on on the Suite plan. Confirm the paperwork for Sign with Formstack before you send health information (checked October 8, 2026).
E-signature rules vary by country, state and document type, so check with a legal professional that an e-signature suits your specific agreement before you rely on it.
