Electronic signatures are legally recognized in the US and many other countries. SignWith records consent, signer details and every signing step, and is designed to be compliant with e-signature laws such as the ESIGN Act and UETA. Some documents and countries have their own rules, so check with a legal professional if you are unsure.
You do not need a trial: every account can sign 3 documents free every month, with no credit card. When you need more, one-time credit packs start at $9, and go as low as $0.58 per signed document on the Business pack. There is also a one-time Lifetime Deal.
One credit covers one signed document, however many people sign it. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are valid for 12 months. The Lifetime Deal gives unlimited documents and does not expire.
No. Only you need an account. Your signers open the link in their email and sign in their browser, with no app, account or password.
Turn on email OTP verification when you send. Your signer must enter a 6-digit code sent to their email before the document opens, so a forwarded link is not enough. It is free on every account.
Every completed document comes with a Certificate of Completion. It records each signer’s email, IP address, browser and signing time, every email event, and a SHA-256 fingerprint that shows the document has not changed.
