1. Introduction

Welcome to SignWith ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Floating Passenger LLP. By accessing or using our e-signature service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

SignWith provides electronic signature services that allow users to sign, send, and manage digital documents. The service is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis with various pricing tiers.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To use SignWith, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Free Plan includes three (3) signed documents per month.

4.2. Paid Plans:

• 10 documents: $9
• 25 documents: $19
• 50 documents: $29

Custom plans available for enterprise users.

4.3. All fees are non-refundable except in cases of service unavailability or technical issues, subject to review within 14 working days.

4.4. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

5. Document Storage and Security

5.1. Documents are stored securely using industry-standard encryption (SSE-S3) for the duration of your account.

5.2. You maintain full control over your documents and can delete them anytime.

5.3. Deleted documents are permanently removed from our systems.

5.4. We implement TLS encryption for data transmission and HTTPS for web traffic.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1. You agree not to use SignWith for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Distribution of malware or harmful code
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Harassment or abuse
• Spam or unsolicited communications

6.2. SignWith reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1. You are responsible for:

• The content of your documents
• Ensuring you have the right to sign/send documents
• Maintaining accurate contact information
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. We comply with relevant data protection regulations in the USA and India.

9. Service Availability

9.1. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9.2. We are not liable for service interruptions due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Force majeure events
• Internet service provider issues
• Third-party service disruptions

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. SignWith and its original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

10.2. Users retain all rights to their documents.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. SignWith is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11.2. We are not liable for:

• Document content or validity
• Misuse of the service
• Consequential damages
• Third-party claims

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

12.2. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These terms are governed by Indian law.

13.2. The validity, legal effect, and enforceability of electronic signatures shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the signing parties are located.
