Namirial Review 2026: Pricing, Features & Honest Verdict

Namirial is an Italian trust service company, and eSignAnyWhere is its e-signature workflow product. In October 2026 it is sold by the year: Basic is €300 + VAT a year for 1,000 envelopes, Premium is €420 + VAT a year for 2,000, per Namirial's international shop, and Corporate is "Contact us" on the eSignAnyWhere pricing page.

My Namirial review in one line: a serious European signing platform with qualified signatures, on-premises hosting and a security report behind it, sold in yearly per-user bundles that are far bigger than a small business needs.

On this page

Namirial review verdict: who it's for and who should skip it

eSignAnyWhere is worth paying for when your business works in Europe and needs more than a simple signature: SMS codes, timestamps, graphometric (handwritten tablet) signatures or a qualified signature from a provider that issues them itself. It can also run on your own servers.

It is poor value for one person who signs a few documents a month. The smallest plan is a year of 1,000 envelopes, paid upfront, and the useful extras sit on Premium or Corporate.

Best for: European and especially Italian businesses that need qualified or advanced signatures; teams that want private cloud or on-premises signing; companies that want a SOC 2 Type II report on the signing platform itself.

Skip if: you send a handful of documents a month, you want to pay month to month, or you need the API without talking to sales.

Here is how users rate Namirial on review sites, checked October 8, 2026. Two of the three Trustpilot profiles cover the whole company, including SPID digital identity, certified email (PEC) and digital certificates, not just eSignAnyWhere.

What users say about Namirial

Reviews of eSignAnyWhere itself are few. Capterra has 14, most posted in June and July 2021 (Trustindex mirrors those 14 and adds 2 of its own), G2 has 7 from 2016 to 2025, and the Trustpilot profile of Namirial's international shop, which sells eSignAnyWhere, has 7.

Most of the 2026 complaints are Italian Trustpilot reviews about Namirial's other signature products: qualified signatures, the Namirial Sign app, signature tokens and support. I label those Namirial (company-wide) below, because they describe the company you would buy eSignAnyWhere from, not eSignAnyWhere itself. I left out reviews that are only about SPID or PEC.

Below, the complaints are grouped by theme and given in full, with a few positives. Quotes run from 2016 to 2026, are copied as written, and link to where they were posted. Quotes not written in English are shown in the original, followed by our English translation.

Pricing and billing: paying again

The money complaints are about extras bought after the first purchase: timestamps, a second signature after a failed delivery, and a refund refused after a mistaken order.

“You get the signature but beware! after that you need to buy the timestamps if you want to have it graphically signed.”

Titled "Pay attention to all the details."

Support: paid phone calls and unanswered tickets

Support is the most common complaint. Several reviewers say phone help costs extra, and others describe emails or tickets that got no useful answer. On G2, three of the seven reviewers call support terrible, bad or useless. One eSignAnyWhere reviewer on Capterra praises support and criticizes ticket times in the same review.

“The time to manage the tickets. In some case when the signature is not completed too much time to recreate signature certificates”

Ease of use: simple for some, too many steps for others

The eSignAnyWhere reviewers from 2021 to 2023 mostly call it easy. The complaints are about too many steps, slow implementation, and, from Namirial's wider line-up, signing software that one reviewer with decades of experience found the hardest he had used.

Features, the API and MCP

What Namirial is, and which product is "Namirial e-signature"

Namirial S.p.A. is an Italian company that sells digital identity (SPID), certified email (PEC), digital certificates and electronic signatures. Its certifications page says it is a qualified trust service provider listed on the EU Trust Services Dashboard, accredited by the Italian government, and accredited by Italy's digital agency, AgID, for certified email.

Ambienta's portfolio page says that "In 2025, Ambienta exited Namirial to Bain Capital and reinvested in a minority position."

"Namirial e-signature" can mean four different things:

  • eSignAnyWhere (Namirial writes "eSAW"): the workflow product this review covers. You upload documents, add signers and fields, and send an envelope. Namirial's documentation says it runs "as On-Premise deployment option, as Private SaaS or as Shared SaaS offering".
  • Namirial Sign: an app for signing files yourself with your own digital certificate. Several of the Italian reviews above are about it.
  • Remote and one-off qualified signatures: certificates sold to individuals, mostly in Italy, which the "single-use signature" reviews above are about.
  • Signaturit: Namirial's page on the deal says "On July 1st, 2025, Namirial Group acquired Signaturit Group", that "No immediate changes to the Signaturit product name are planned", and that "Existing API keys, webhooks and integrations will continue to work exactly as they do today."

In April 2024 Namirial announced two AI features for signers in eSignAnyWhere: a summary button inside the envelope and an "Intelligent Assistant" that answers questions about the document.

Two notes on the same page: SMS codes come in "SMS equal to the number of files included on the purchased plan", and timestamps are "equal to the number of documents available". Namirial's FAQ adds that "An eSAW envelope does not include a maximum number of signer or recipients."

What Namirial does well

eSignAnyWhere's strengths are real, and they count most for European businesses with legal or security requirements.

  • Every signature level from one provider. Namirial issues qualified certificates itself, and eSignAnyWhere offers simple, SMS OTP, graphometric and qualified signatures across its plans.
  • Your own servers if you need them. Namirial's documentation lists shared cloud, private cloud and on-premises options.
  • Security paperwork. Namirial's certifications page lists ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018, and a SOC 2 Type II report that covers "the eSAW/NSE signature platform", with an observation period from November 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025. The report is shared only under an NDA. The page does not mention HIPAA.
  • No app for signers, per a reviewer. One Capterra reviewer quoted above praises signing on a phone with nothing to install.
  • No cap on signers. Each envelope can carry as many signers or recipients as you need, per the FAQ.
  • A 30-day trial. The signature workflow page has a "Start your 30 days trial" form.

Namirial eSignAnyWhere pricing in 2026 (checked October 2026)

Namirial sells eSignAnyWhere through two online shops, and they show different prices for the same plans. Both prices are per year and before VAT. Here is what each listed on October 8, 2026, exactly as shown:

PlanInternational shop (namirial.global)Italian shop (namirial.it)Envelopes a year
Basic, 1 user300,00 € +VAT /YEAR240,00 € +IVA /ANNO1,000

Premium, 3 users1.260,00 € +VAT /YEAR1.080,00 € +IVA /ANNO2,000
CorporateNot listed in the shopNot listed in the shopCustomizable

The shops describe Basic as "1.000 envelopes/year and the Simple Electronic Signature" (in Italian, "1.000 pratiche/anno") and Premium as "2.000 envelopes/year". Neither says that more users add more envelopes. The eSignAnyWhere pricing page shows the international prices as "Price (starting from)" 300,00€ and 420,00€, and Corporate as "Contact us".

In US dollars, at the European Central Bank reference rate of $1.1177 per euro on October 7, 2026, Basic is about $335 a year on the international shop and about $268 on the Italian one, before VAT. Your card or bank will use its own rate.

What the pages do not say:

  • Monthly billing. The signature workflow page shows a "Monthly plan" line of "1 User: 25€/month" for Basic and "1 User: 35€/month" for Premium, next to the 300,00€ and 420,00€ prices. That is the yearly price divided by 12, and both shops sell only yearly variants, so I could not confirm that you can pay month by month.
  • Overage. I found no Namirial page that says what happens after the 1,000th or 2,000th envelope, or whether unused envelopes carry over.
  • Renewal and refunds. Neither shop's eSignAnyWhere page states renewal or refund terms.
  • The API price. "Integration via API" is Corporate only, and Corporate is "Contact us".

Where Namirial falls short

The weak points are in how eSignAnyWhere is sold and supported. Each one below comes from Namirial's own pages, checked October 8, 2026, or from the reviews quoted above.

  1. A year upfront, at minimum. Both shops sell only yearly plans, and Basic's 1,000 envelopes are far more than a small business signs in a year.
  2. Two prices for the same plan. The international shop charges €60 more a year than the Italian shop for Basic and Premium.
  3. The useful extras cost more. SMS codes and timestamps need Premium; one 2026 reviewer was caught out by having to buy timestamps separately.
  4. Every user is a new bundle. Two users cost exactly twice one user, on both shops.
  5. The API and bulk sending need a sales call. Both are Corporate only, with no published price.
  6. Pages that describe Premium differently. The pricing table ticks Remote Signature only on Corporate, while both shops list the Qualified Electronic Signature in Premium.
  7. Paid phone support, per reviewers. Several 2026 reviewers say phone help from Namirial costs extra; one quotes €9.99 + VAT a call. Namirial's eSignAnyWhere pages do not say whether this applies to eSignAnyWhere plans.
  8. No MCP server for eSignAnyWhere. I found none on Namirial's sites, in the eSignAnyWhere documentation, on GitHub or in the public MCP registry. Namirial's MCP servers are for other products: the Signaturit by Namirial MCP Server, which works with Signaturit accounts, and an OnBoarding MCP Connector described in a June 9, 2026 Namirial blog post.

What a year of eSignAnyWhere costs at 5, 10 and 25 documents a month

For one sender, a year of eSignAnyWhere costs €300 + VAT at 5, 10 or 25 documents a month on the international shop (€240 on the Italian shop), because Basic covers up to 1,000 envelopes a year. The table counts one document as one envelope, with prices checked October 8, 2026:

Volume, one senderPlan that fits1 year, international1 year, Italian shop3 years, internationalPer document, international
5 a month (60 a year)Basic, 1 user€300€240€900€5.00
10 a month (120 a year)Basic, 1 user€300€240€900€2.50
25 a month (300 a year)Basic, 1 user€300€240€900€1.00

All prices are before VAT. If you need SMS codes or timestamps, use Premium instead: €420 a year (€360 on the Italian shop), €1,260 over 3 years. The per-document cost only gets low near the cap: at the full 1,000 envelopes, Basic works out to €0.30 an envelope.

Which Namirial plan fits you

Match the plan to the signature level you need, not to your volume, because Basic's 1,000 envelopes cover almost any small sender.

How I reviewed Namirial

I and my team have used Namirial. For this review I also read Namirial's own pages and what its users wrote from 2016 to 2026, and checked everything again on October 8, 2026:

  • Vendor pages: the eSignAnyWhere pricing page, the international and Italian shop pages, the signature workflow management page, the certifications page, the Namirial and Signaturit page, the eSignAnyWhere documentation introduction, the April 2024 AI announcement, the Signaturit by Namirial MCP Server page and Namirial's June 2026 MCP Connector post.
  • Review platforms: the three Trustpilot profiles (reviews from 2022 to 2026), the 14 eSignAnyWhere reviews on Capterra (2021 to 2025) and the 2 more on Trustindex (2024 and 2025), and all 7 G2 reviews (2016 to 2025). I quote no app store reviews: the Namirial signing app I found on Google Play, SIGNificant SignAnywhere, says it "only works in combination with other SIGNificant products".
  • Forums: an Altroconsumo complaint from July 2026. The Reddit threads I found that mention Namirial are about SPID, certified email and buying qualified signatures, not eSignAnyWhere, so none are quoted.
  • Exchange rate: the European Central Bank reference rate for October 7, 2026, $1.1177 per euro.

Who should skip Namirial, and what to use instead

Keep Namirial if:

  • your business needs qualified electronic signatures from a provider that issues them itself
  • you need private cloud or on-premises hosting, or a SOC 2 Type II report on the signing platform

If your business needs qualified signatures, go with Namirial; if you just need your business documents signed without paying extra for that, use SignWith.

Skip Namirial if you are one or two people who want a simple way to get a document signed, a few times a month and unevenly, without paying for a year of envelopes upfront. That is who we built SignWith for.

SignWith has no seats and no subscription. You buy credits, and a credit is used only when a document is signed. Every signed document uses one of your free monthly documents or a credit, including one that only you sign, and a declined, voided or expired document uses none.

  • Upload a PDF, JPEG or PNG, add signature, date, text and checkbox fields, and set the signing order.
  • Your recipients sign in the browser on any device, with no account.
  • Every completed document comes with a Certificate of Completion that records timestamps, IP addresses, device and browser details and email events, sealed with a SHA-256 hash.

Here is the same year at all three volumes. Namirial prices checked October 8, 2026 in euros and converted at $1.1177 per euro; SignWith prices render from our pricing data, and the free monthly documents continue after you buy packs.

VolumeNamirial Basic, 1 year, about USDSignWith, 1 year
5 a month$335 (€300)3 free a month cover 36 documents; one Pro pack covers the other 24 for $19
10 a month$335 (€300)84 paid documents: one Business, one Pro and one Basic pack, $29 plus $19 plus $9
25 a month$335 (€300)264 paid documents: the Lifetime Deal at $149 one-time, cheaper than buying packs

At today's prices and exchange rate that saves about $316 (94%) at 5 a month, $278 (83%) at 10 and $186 (56%) at 25, in the first year, against Namirial's international price. Over 3 years, Basic comes to €900 (about $1,006) at any of those volumes, against the Lifetime Deal at $149 one-time, once.

eSignAnyWhere's API is Corporate only, priced on request, and I found no MCP server for eSignAnyWhere, so you can't connect an AI assistant to it directly. Namirial's MCP servers are for other products, including Signaturit, which has its own accounts. SignWith takes a different route:

  • An API and an MCP server on every account. SignWith has a REST API and an MCP server for AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code, so your own code or your assistant can send documents for signature.
  • The same credits as the app. No subscription, no developer plan, 3 free documents a month, then you buy credits, and a credit is used only when a document is signed.
  • The same fit. The API doesn't change who SignWith suits: a business that needs qualified signatures or on-premises hosting should still pick Namirial.

SignWith templates, reminders, bulk send and team accounts are coming soon, so if you need any of those today, Namirial is the better buy. SignWith is used by 1,000+ businesses, and you can start free with no card.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does Namirial eSignAnyWhere cost?

On Namirial's international shop, Basic is €300 + VAT a year for 1,000 envelopes and Premium €420 + VAT a year for 2,000, per user. The Italian shop lists the same plans at €240 and €360 + VAT a year. Corporate is priced on request (checked October 8, 2026).

Is there a free plan or a free trial?

There is no free plan. Namirial's signature workflow page offers a 30-day trial through a request form (checked October 8, 2026).

Can I pay for eSignAnyWhere monthly?

Not that I could confirm. One Namirial page shows a "Monthly plan" line of 25€ a month for Basic and 35€ for Premium, which is the yearly price divided by 12, but both shops sell only yearly plans.

Why is Namirial's Trustpilot score so low?

The www.namirial.com profile, at 2.1 from 8,508 reviews, covers the whole company, including SPID digital identity, certified email and digital certificates, not just eSignAnyWhere. The namirial.it profile, where the company invites customers to review, scores 4.4 from 41,848. The shop that sells eSignAnyWhere has 7 reviews and scores 2.5 (checked October 8, 2026).

Does Namirial offer qualified electronic signatures?

Yes. Namirial is a qualified trust service provider and issues qualified certificates. For eSignAnyWhere, its pages describe the plans differently: the pricing table ticks Remote Signature only on Corporate, while the shops list the Qualified Electronic Signature in Premium. Ask Namirial in writing.

Does Namirial have an API or an MCP server?

eSignAnyWhere has a REST API with webhooks, but the pricing table includes "Integration via API" only on Corporate, which is priced on request. I found no MCP server for eSignAnyWhere on Namirial's sites, in its documentation, on GitHub or in the public MCP registry. Namirial's MCP servers are for other products, including Signaturit (checked October 8, 2026).

Who owns Namirial?

Bain Capital, per Ambienta's portfolio page, which says that in 2025 it exited Namirial to Bain Capital and kept a minority stake. Namirial itself bought Signaturit Group on July 1, 2025, and Signaturit keeps its name for now.
