Every signing starts with an uploaded file. SignWith accepts PDF, JPEG and PNG files and opens the document in the editor within a few seconds. The file name becomes the document title that you and your signers see, so rename the file first if needed.

Upload a file

  1. On your dashboard, click + NEW at the top right.
  2. Click Upload.
  3. Choose your file in your computer's file picker and confirm.
The + NEW menu open with the Folder and Upload options

What you see in the editor

  • Page thumbnails on the left. Click one to jump to that page.
  • Your document in the middle.
  • The ADD FIELDS TO YOUR DOCUMENT panel on the right, with SIGNING PARTIES and the FIELDS list below it.
  • SELF SIGN and SHARE at the top right.
  • SAVE and REPLACE above the document.

From here, add fields for each signer, then send the document for signature with SHARE or sign it yourself with SELF SIGN.

Replace the file or use folders

To swap the document for a different file, click REPLACE in the editor. To organise documents, click + NEW and then Folder to create a folder in your Library.

Fields you place are kept as you work. You can go straight to SHARE or SELF SIGN without clicking SAVE first.

Sign documents without another subscription.

Upload, sign and send in minutes. When you need more than the free documents, buy credits once, and a credit is used only when a document is signed.
